Kelvin Barkowsky
Kelvin has over 43 years of experience in community banking. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he has spent his entire career in community banks. Kelvin came to First Texas Bank from the South Plains of Texas 15 years ago becoming bank President in March of 2019. He and his wife, Donna, are proud to call Lampasas home. Kelvin believes in excellent customer service and strong community involvement.
