A Georgetown native, Janelle has worked in Georgetown her entire career. With 21 years banking experience, 19 of which are with First Texas Bank, McNeill has served in many roles including Operations Manager, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Compliance Officer, and Chief Operations Officer. Janelle is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, where she served as a class officer and received recognition of leadership. Janelle is also committed to serving the local community through philanthropic non-profits and service clubs.
